21 Day Fix Menu - Week 3

21 Day Fix menu for week 3 is done! We will also have a Week 4 menu since we have turned our group from 21 days to 28 days to accommodate our wonderful participants.

  1. Great menu! Do you have any instructions on how to make the pork carnitas?

    1. I like to keep my recipes simple. I use a pork tenderloin and I cook it in a crock pot with salt and pepper and garlic powder. Cook on low for about 6 hours. Shred the pork and add back in some of the juices if it is dry. Then put it on a tortilla with tomato, lettuce, and hot sauce and a squirt of lime juice. YUM!
